A stencil for glitter tattoos with a sea theme. Simply fill it with blue or turquoise glitter to bring the ocean to life on an arm or cheek for a party or carnival.
Peel the stencil from its backing and place it on clean, dry skin. Use a brush to apply shea butter balm inside the cutouts, gently tap the glitter over it, then carefully remove the stencil: the design appears, crisp and sparkling.

- Reusable: it sticks on its own for up to 3 uses, then a little shea butter balm on the back is all you need to reattach it
