Intense blue glitter with rainbow reflections. Indiglow combines deep blue glitter with holographic sparkles: in the light, the blue takes on rainbow reflections. A spectacular effect for a superhero, fairy, or astronaut costume.
To make them stay, first apply a thin layer of shea butter, then pat the glitter on with a brush. They come off with warm water and soap.
