Delivery

Where and how do you deliver?
To pick-up points and home addresses. Delivery to a pick-up point is free from €50 in Belgium and €70 in France.

When will I receive my order?
Your order is carefully prepared and then shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, free of charge: choose "Frameries (Petit'Éclat store)" at checkout. If the item is in stock, you can pick up your order the same day at the store (70 Rue des Alliés, 7080 Frameries), from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A large free parking lot is located directly opposite.

Can I park near the store?
Yes: a large free parking lot with over 100 spaces is located directly opposite the store, at 70 Rue des Alliés in Frameries.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind (right of withdrawal) for an unopened and unused product in its original packaging.

How do I do it?

Products & safety

Are your products suitable for babies and sensitive skin?
Each product page indicates the recommended age and the full composition. For sensitive or atopic skin, perform a patch test in the crook of your elbow before first use. More details are available on our Safety & Ingredients page.

Are they natural and vegan?
We prioritize natural brands, which are often vegan and made in France or Europe. The composition is indicated on each product page.

The Monthly Box

How does the subscription work?
Each month, you receive a selection of natural products to discover, delivered to your home, at a more advantageous rate than buying them individually.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account.

Order & payment

Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are 100% secure.

I have a promo code or a gift card.
Enter your code at checkout, and the amount will be automatically deducted.

How does the gift card work?
It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used in one or more installments, both on the website and in our Frameries store: the balance remains available for a future purchase. In-store, present its code or QR code at the checkout.
