Pamela Loops is a French brand of room and body mists for children and teenagers. Each has its own scent and its own moment: bedtime, a cuddle, the first day of school, or homework. A quick spray becomes the starting point for a little conversation.
Six Pamela Loops mists, six moments
- Anti-monster: with rose floral water, for checking the bedroom together before turning off the light.
- Bododo: with linden floral water, to mark the start of the evening ritual.
- Anti-fear: with peppermint, with a fresh scent, to slip into a bag for the first day of school or a new activity.
- Anti-anger: with lavender, for a moment together.
- Anti-sadness: with holy basil floral water, to spray during a cuddle.
- Anti-laziness: with thyme hydrosol, for preteens and teenagers, before homework or sports.
How to use them?
The brand recommends spraying the mist in the bedroom, on the pillow, or on a stuffed animal. The most important thing remains the moment shared: you put words to what you feel, you spray, you breathe together. Over time, this little gesture can become a landmark that your child asks for themselves.

Questions fréquentes
From what age?
The "Anti-monster", "Bododo", "Anti-fear", "Anti-anger", and "Anti-sadness" mists are designed for ages 4 and up. The "Anti-laziness" mist, designed for preteens and teenagers, is recommended from age 8.
Do these mists affect emotions?
No: they are scented mists that make the ritual more concrete for the child, without replacing listening. If your child's fears, anger, or nights worry you, talk to your doctor.
Which one to choose first?
Start with the time of day when you want to establish a ritual, often bedtime: the "Anti-monster" or "Bododo" mist. A mist can also easily be slipped into a Saint Nicholas shoe or under the Christmas tree.
