Hearts and lightning bolts, in two sizes, for vibrant glitter tattoos. One stencil for a variety of designs: a large heart on the cheek, a small lightning bolt on the wrist, and all the birthday guests will want one.
Peel the stencil from its backing and place it on clean, dry skin. Use the brush to apply the shea butter balm within the cutouts, tap the glitter over the top, then gently remove the stencil: the design appears, crisp and shiny.
- Reusable: it sticks on its own for up to 3 uses, then a little shea butter balm on the back is all you need to reattach it
